Coordinating teams and projects.
Assiting in ongoing project schedule tracking activities, such as:
Collecting task execution and requirement change information.
Updating schedules based on the data collected.
Identifying problems in short (sprint), medium (features, versions, milestones) and long term (roadmap) based on the updated data, forwarding warnings to appropriate parties, and sometimes suggesting solutions.
Preparing and conducting periodic tracking / status meetings.
Evaluating the impact of project definition changes.
